In order to get cash advance from your credit card you would just use a ATM machine and get the money instantly. If your credit card allows cash advances they will specify on the billing statement what the maximum amount for a cash advance is. It's typically a small percentage of the overall credit limit.
Many credit cards allow you to take cash advances. If you do not want to pay the fees associated with cash advances you can select a credit card that doesn't allow cash advances or simply not use the cash advance option on your card.
