Discover Motiva Card offers a unique feature in addition to typical discover platinum card features. You can get a cash bonus for paying your bills on time for six months - consecutively. The bonus is for the amount of finance charges on the following month's bill (after the six months).

In addition you are offered a rebate system that works in a tiered system with Discover Motiva Card. You can earn up to 2% cash back depending on how much you spend.

If you spend up to $1500 a year you will get 0.25% rebate. From $1,500 to $3000 spending you will get 0.5% rebate. Spending over $3000 - get 1% rebate. As is with other Discover Cards the rebates do not expires and there is no upper limit.

You can double the value of your rebates (hence you can earn up to 2% rebates), by exchanging the rebates to partner merchants gift certificates. These merchant partners include many restaurants, home and household stores, entertainment from movie theaters to video rentals, gifts and travel. You can choose from around 60 merchant partners for your gift certificate.

Discover Motiva doesn't have an annual fee. You can get an introductory APR of 3.9% on balance transfer (for 12 months) and for purchases (6 months). The purchase APR after the introductory period is from $11.99% to18.99%.
