Discover Open Road Card - used to be called Discover Gas Card - is focused towards gasoline and restaurants rewards and it comes with NO annual fee.

You can earn 2% for gas and restaurants up to $250 total a month. The yearly limit for the 2% rebate is $3000 for gas and restaurant. After that the rebates follow rebates offer for other purchases and it works on a tier system, meaning spend a certain amount and you will earn a higher rebate

0.25% for up to $3000 per year
1% after you reach $3000 yearly spending

The rebates do not expire and there is no upper limit on home many rebates you can earn.

You can earn 5% to 20% discounts if you shop online via shopdiscover.com and make your purchases with your discover card. Many National retailers are partner merchants including Best Buy, Apple Store, GAP, Home Depot etc. It doesn't stop there. You can double your rebate value if you exchange them to gift certificates from partner merchants.
