TrueEarnings Card from Costco and American Express is a rewards credit card with higher rewards than found on some other average rewards cards. Couple the rewards with no annual fee (with a Costco membership) which makes the card an attractive choice for a credit card. You can get 3% cash back for gasoline and restaurants, 2% cash back for travel and for everything else you get a 1% cash back reward. Some restrictions on cash back rewards apply.

Claiming the rewards/cash back is easy. Once a year you will get a cash rebate coupon that you can take to Costco and get cash or merchandise in return.

As is with other American Express cards you can manage your account online and even pay bills with your TrueEarnings Card. You are provided travel accident insurance purchase protection plan, and buyer's assurance plan which means additional warranty coverages on purchases, e.g. if the manufacturer of your new plasma TV offers a 1-yr warranty and you purchased it with your TrueEarnings Card you will get an additional year's worth or warranty.
